Our Facilities
Come and stay with us in our beautiful facility which opened in 2008.
You will be surrounded by the natural beauty of the Cowichan Lake Valley as you
enjoy the comforts we have prepared for you in our facility.
GUEST ROOMS
We have 17 beautifully appointed guest suites for your choosing. Two suites have
a king bed with a queen sofa bed; twelve rooms are set up comfortably with 2
queen beds; one room is handicap accessible with a queen bed and there are two
rooms with 4 single beds.
MEETING ROOMS
There are four versatile meeting rooms with seating from 10 to 80 people. We are
looking forward to meeting your needs whether you are interested in workshops,
conferences or just getting together with friends. Audio / visual equipment is
available for rental.
GARDEN ROOM LOUNGE
This room is situated off a beautiful enclosed garden with a restful water
feature. You can curl up with a book by the fireplace or open the doors to sit
outside on the patio and enjoy nature with no distractions.
LIBRARY
This space is designed for people to come in and relax. Perhaps to visit with
friends, sit down and play on the baby grand piano, or hook up to the internet
connections with your lap top. With a warm fireplace overlooking another
accessible private patio, what more would you need?
HEALTH AND WELLNESS
We have a fully equipped exercise room, massage and counseling rooms, and a
separate building that houses a large rejuvenating salt water hot tub and
infrared sauna. Take a meditative walk in our Labyrinth. Your well being is
important to us.
COPPER CREEK DINING ROOM
We have a commercial kitchen with our own executive chef waiting to serve you in
our dining room with an adjoining outside patio. Believe me, this is food to
live for.
There is also a small guest kitchen available for the continental breakfast.
The Copper Creek Dining Room is open Thursday thru Saturday for lunch from
11am to 2pm, and dinner from 5pm to 9pm. *Please
note that days of the week and times will vary with the seasons. Please call

ASLAN GARDENS
There is an accessible private garden with a beautiful water feature for your
enjoyment. Additional outdoor gardens with walking paths, a labyrinth and a
shady gazebo are accessible to our guests to enhance your relaxation and retreat
experience.
RECREATION
Walking, hiking, biking and water sports on Cowichan Lake are available just
steps away from the Retreat. We are also situated on the new British Columbia
Pacific Marine Circle Route, providing access to Port Renfrew on the Pacific Ocean for deep sea
adventures as well as the famous West Coast and Trans Canada trails.
