From Nanaimo
1. Departure Bay Ferry Terminal
Head south on the Trans Canada Hwy #1 (also called the Island Highway) via
Stewart Avenue, which joins Terminal Avenue and then becomes Nicol Street until
the outskirts of the city where it becomes freeway. Continue south on Hwy #1 for
45 kilometers until the exit for Hwy #18. Proceed west, 42 kilometers, on Hwy
#18, past the Town of Lake Cowichan, where the Hwy becomes "South Shore Road" to
Honeymoon Bay. Turn left onto Park Ave., right onto Park Drive and left into the
driveway at 10028 Park Drive.
2. Duke Point Ferry Terminal
Head west on Hwy #19, the "Duke Point Hwy", to the Trans Canada, #1 Hwy.
Proceed
south toward Duncan and Victoria to Exit #18 west to Honeymoon Bay.
From Victoria
1. Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal
Head south on Hwy #17, the "Patricia Bay Hwy", to the McKenzie Ave. exit. Turn
right and continue straight to the Trans Canada Hwy #1. Turn right toward Duncan
and Nanaimo. Drive 59 kilometers, past the City of Duncan, to the Exit for Hwy
#18. Turn left and proceed 42 kilometers to Honeymoon Bay.
2. Downtown Victoria
Proceed north west on Douglas St., which is also the Trans Canada Hwy #1. Follow
the signs toward Duncan and Nanaimo to Hwy#18. Go west 42 kilometers to
Honeymoon Bay.
